I can't thank you enough!

Jo is helping me to change my life, and is the first therapist I have seen that has been able to do so. She is understanding, knowledgeable and incredibly kind hearted. I’m very fortunate and grateful for her help.

SUCCESS STORIES

What others are saying…

As soon as you walk in you start to feel calmer and less anxious. Jo is incredible and has helped me overcome some challenging personal issues as well as helped strengthen my relationship with my husband and my family.

Never before have I connected so quickly with a therapist and every time I leave there is a sense of hope as well as tangible measures and activities that I can practice at home. I highly recommend seeing Jo, she’s one of the kindest, enthusiastic, supportive, positive, considerate people I’ve ever met.

Jo is an extremely talented and experienced counsellor who brings professionalism and authenticity to her work. She listens carefully; first clarifying what I want and how I want to get there, then helping me to map out unique ways to achieve my goals.

Jo has been a great personal support and soundboard, helping me remain focused on my values and challenging me to think in different ways. She is personable, authentic, organised, reliable and professional. Her years of experience are invaluable for anyone.

We have seen many professionals over the decades without achieving any really positive outcomes. In a relatively short time Jo has been able to facilitate some profound adjustments in our thinking and relationship and helped craft a positive outlook for the future.

What a gift, to find such an eloquent and knowledgeable person to talk to. Each time I’ve walked away from a chat with Jo, I’ve become a more empowered and content version of me- thanks to the tools she’s provided and the truth she has encouraged me to find within myself.

My partner and I have loved working with Jo to enrich and expand our understanding of ourselves, each other and our communication style in our relationship, we’re thrilled to be giving our kids a more harmonious and wisened set of parents. Forever grateful for your guidance and wisdom Jo!

In my view, the key to Jo’s success has been her ability to tap into our issues on an emotional level but without seeming intrusive. Jo engaged and challenged our thinking and behaviours without raising hackles and inducing a negative backlash, while always allowing us to remain in charge of our destiny.

Jo has been amazing at helping me and my wife reconnect, we feel stronger than ever…
