Inside the Program

Understanding Your Body

The course begins with an investigation into the latest science behind the mind-body connection. You’ll learn how overthinking impacts your body and be introduced to relaxing strategies that increase your ability to listen to your body’s messages and promote a deep sense of calm.

Mindfully Noticing

In this module, you will learn how to understand your mental processes and differentiate between the internal world of thoughts, feelings and sensations and the external world of people, places, and things. Most importantly, you will discover how accessing the present moment will help you find calm.

Reality of Perception

In module three, we examine the fallibility of our thinking. You will learn to differentiate between beliefs, perceptions, and perspectives and begin to explore how the stories you tell yourself may not be as accurate as you expect them to be. You will also learn how mindful meditation assists you in understanding your mind.

Thinking about Thinking

In this module you will learn about metacognition (or thinking about thinking). You will learn what thoughts are and why we habitually think in specific ways. You’ll practice exercises that aim to help you untangle yourself from unwanted thoughts and break free from the discomfort of overthinking.

Responding instead of Reacting

Module five takes a closer look at how stepping back from thoughts can assist us to become more responsive and less reactive. You will explore how values-led actions will help you shape your world, not just for yourself but for the benefit of those around you.

Opening Up

In the final module, we explore how opening up helps us look beyond ourselves and place the content of our thoughts into the context of a far bigger picture. We finish the course by acknowledging how these newfound skills have liberated our minds and improved our lives.

“So much of this course has enlightened me. It has switched on parts of my consciousness I never knew existed.”
